We can ship directly to you, or drop ship to your customer with your company name on the shipping label. Our no minimum opening order rule and no re-order minimum allows you to carry little or no inventory and/or special order favors for your customers. Many vendors order “samples” of many of our products to feature for their clientele. * We drop ship special orders directly to the customer or ship directly to you, whatever you choose. Drop shipping is “blind” and will include your company name as the return address. We ship via UPS Ground, unless the customer would like to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or next day air. We ship internationally via UPS and USPS international, to all countries. Appropriate shipping charges will apply. There is no additional fee for drop shipping. The wholesale pricing is designed to accommodate a 100% retail mark-up. You are free to price the favors to your liking. Most favors are custom favors. Please advise your special order customers that processing time is usually 3-5 business days, 2 weeks for personalized items. Please also note that orders you place can take up to 2 weeks to complete. We strive to keep a rolling inventory of the most popular custom items and always ship as soon as possible. For personalized items, such as favors with personalized tags, please always allow 2-3 weeks for order completion. You may choose to offer your customers the option to add a personalized tag to their favors. A minimum of 25 favors is required with all personalized tag orders. All tags and labels are available a la carte as well. For personalized tags, please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing. Customized and personalized favors are not returnable, unless there is a mistake on the order. Those orders will be replaced free of charge. Non-custom favors may be returned within 30 days of ship date. Currently, we process your order through our website, email or fax. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you did not receive a confirmation via email, we probably did not receive the order! We accept Visa, MC, and Amex. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is complete and ready for shipment. Need an order in a rush? We are always willing to accommodate rush order requests. There is an additional charge for rush processing and any upgraded shipping charges will be applied. *Product updates, important information, and other relevant information is sent via email newsletters, as well as updates on our website.
